Hirize is a data as a service initiative that aims to combine artificial intelligence technology with big data to make elements such as employee-employer compatibility, technical competence and equipment, work style, estimated average time a worker will spend as a company employee, and interview processes more autonomous in the recruitment process. It works in conjunction with platforms commonly used in recruitment processes and uses innovative methods such as image processing instead of traditional methods like keyword scanning to evaluate a person's resume more accurately and effectively, minimizing errors caused by human factors. This system also benefits job applicants by efficiently processing information in their resumes. Hirize aims to take recruitment processes to an analytical level, creating mathematical insights for both employers and applicants and moving away from a human-centric recruitment process.

Hirize was founded in 2021 by Esranur Kaygın and Eren Yaşarkurt. Co-founder and CEO Esranur Kaygın, in addition to serving as a managing partner at Sankonline, established by Sanko Holding to invest in startups, has gained extensive experience in human resources and human resources technologies. Co-founder Eren Yaşarkurt has worked for many years in software development at places like Moobi, oto.net, and yekolay.com, as well as freelancing as a software developer for years.

Hirize has a subscription-based business model as a B2B. This business model has great potential for scalability and reaching a wide market share, as it can compete with the labor cost in human resources departments.
