The Startupfon Opportunity Investment Fund, established in December 2023 in collaboration with Aktif Portföy, brings a new breath to the ecosystem by focusing on secondary transactions. With this fund, which targets shares of first-round investors in globally scaled ventures in Series A and B stages, the necessary exit transactions in the ecosystem will also be supported.

With the SF Opportunity Fund, shares acquired at a discounted valuation are expected to provide profits for the fund, while it will also be possible for venture companies with a crowded partnership structure to simplify their capital tables.

Investors in the fund, which will invest in growth-stage ventures that have made progress in sales, scaling, and product development, are showing significant interest in making investments at a later stage.

The fund is expected to have a total size of 600 million TL, investing in 10 ventures within the next 5 years.
